I had a great experience at Family ER. Dr. Johnson,, Our RN Kathy. And the tech Sam were all amazing with my son. I rushed Him in concerned about his condition. They took him back immediately, ran multiple test, and diagnosed him within an hour. Not to mention reception helped complete my registration as we were seeing the doctor. The entire staff noted my concern, and each of them took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the very best place to go when you’re not feeling your best. I felt like I received the VIP treatment EVERYONE was warm, , professional and concerned. All details were clearly explained and followed up by paperwork. Thanks so very much for taking care of me

Greatly appreciate the personnel at this medical facility! From the first call to arriving and being treated, staff were prompt, seemed kind, caring, and very professional! Dr Johnson was great throughout the visit, as were all others, front desk, nurses & x-ray technician! They were truly wonderful! I am so glad I chose Family Emergency Roon at Round Rock to help with my medical emergency.
