Hospital visits are scary and often a very overwhelming experience. This wasn’t one of those visits for me. Everyone was friendly and extremely caring. It felt like they were caring for a family member. They made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. Glad I was taken there for treatment, and I’m thankful to all the staff for everything.

I went here for server abdominal pain. I was afraid I would be sent home and told it was just menestral cramps. I had been having some pain for a while but it got so server we decided it would be best to take me to the ER. When I arrived I was greeted instantly. I was offered a wheelchair (as I was bent over in pain). They quickly checked me in and listened intently as I explained what was going on. Most places I have been my boyfriend was not allowed in the room, however they told me I could do whatever made me comfortable and said with my consent he could accompany me. After confriming I has no know allergies I was immediately given and IV and pain medication. The IV was quick and painless, the nurse that put it in knew exactly what she was doing. I was given a questionnaire to fill out as it was my first time in that hospital. The doctor came in and told me I could wait to fill it out until my pain was more relieved. The doctor asked me many in depth questions about the pain and my symptoms and listened intently to each answer I gave. He listened to my concerns about my body and instead of dismissing it as period pain he told me they would order and ultrasound to see what could be happening. All my questions were answered in-depth. He also explained it may take some time for the Tech to be able to come down and asked if anything could be done to make me more comfortable during the wait. The tech actually came very quickly and talked me through the entire process and what she was doing as well as discussing random subjects to make me more comfortable. She even allowed my boyfriend to sit right next to me and hold my hand and she adjusted her equipment accordingly. The ultrasound confirmed there was an underlying issue and it was treated accordingly. Through my life in NE I have been to 3 different emergency rooms aside from this one and I have NEVER been treated with such kindness and care. 10/10 would recommend. I was prioritized like I was the only patient in the hospital.

Needed to bring my significant other to the ER. There was no wait time and the staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The situation was handled at the most professional level and we both felt she was cared for most appropriately in the situation.

I have been dealing with back pain from a car accident for 2 1/2 years. I tried pt,.chiropractor, pain management, and nohing has helped. I've asked continuously what can be done or what's the reason for this constant pain. All I was ever told was I'd be on pain pills the rest of my life and no real reason as they were unsure of the true cause. I refused to accept the pain pills that did nothing for me for the rest of my life. I was refereed to Dr Aguila. In the few hours I was in his office, I was given more explanation and told there is help for being pain free. I was so excited! The staff and Dr Aguila were so kind, caring, funny, and amazing! I highly recommend Healing Hands of Nebraska, Dr Aguilar, and his staff for your back pain needs. I absolutely love them!!

I was visiting the Omaha area and needed some medical attention. First of all, the facility is awesome. Clean and spacious.
The staff, from the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor, were all friendly and thorough. My problem was taken care of in less than half an hour. I recommend this place!!!!
