Biomarkers in blood labs are like clues that healthcare providers use to understand what’s happening inside a patient’s body. These clues can help detect diseases, monitor how well treatments are working, and predict health outcomes. For example, measuring cholesterol levels or checking for specific proteins can give insights into heart health or inflammation.

A panel is a combination of individual tests done. For example, a Female Wellness Panel may include several Biomarkers like:

  • Calcium
  • Vitamin D
  • TSH
  • Hemoglobin A1C

We usually group test into panels to get a complete overall look at an individual's health and bodily functions.

We use a system called Rupa Health to manage our labs process.

Results can be accessed in two different ways:

  1. Rupa Health Dashboard (Preferred Method) - Once your results are ready, Rupa will send you a notification via email or SMS to create a password to access the dashboard. Here you will be able to review your results in an easy-to-understand patient friendly format.
  2. Patient Portal - lab results will also become available in your patient portal under documents shared. These will be results sent directly from the lab.

For questions about accessing your labs please call our Patient Care Coordinator at (737) 312-2181.

1. You Have an Order from A Healthcare Provider - Great! Please review requested labs to see if fasting is required. If you are not sure, please call our patient care coordinator at (737) 312-2181 to ask if your labs require fasting.           Book Appointment for Labs & Testing
