What To Expect

We know you want to start your wellness journey quickly, and we’re here to help. Understanding what to expect during your visit allows our team to see you promptly, diagnose your condition, and begin treatment—so you can get back to living your life.

Step 1

Book Appointment or Choose Location

Your first step to feeling better is checking in. Don’t want to wait in our lobby? That’s fine! You can book online and wait wherever you’re most comfortable. There are a few things you’ll need during your appointment.

Be sure to come ready with your:

Insurance Card
Payment Method

*After appointments are booked, you will receive a text message or email to begin the registration process. If you complete the registration process prior to your appointment it allows us to see you quicker!

Step 2

Meet with Our Provider Team

Our physicians and medical providers are here to treat you for a variety of illnesses and injuries. Depending on your reason for visiting, our staff may need to perform diagnostic tests like x-rays, bloodwork, or imaging to help you get the treatment you need. Step 3

Check Out

Once our care providers have determined a diagnostic and treatment plan, we’ll let you get on your way to feeling better. Our checkout staff will cover your aftercare instructions, a record of your visit, and provide instructions on if you need to follow up with your primary care physician.

Virtual Care

Meet with a virtual provider same day within 30 mins! For all your primary care and urgent care needs. You will be able to visit virtually to discuss treatment options, medications, and more.
