- Prescription refills-single 30 day supply for chronic meds (Conditions Apply) (no controlled substances)
- Rash/other skin complaints
- Insect Bites
- UTIs (urinary tract infections)
- Yeast Infections *(adults only)
- Vomiting/Diarrhea without fever
- Minor GI complaints (Nausea and vomiting) (Diarrhea) (Constipation)
- Flu-like symptoms
- Swimmer’s Ear, Ear drainage
- Covid-19 screening
- Toothache
- Abrasions/minor cuts/burns (First degree burns) (Minor scrapes and cuts) (Sunburn and other minor burns)
– Virtual Care services are provided as available. Virtual Care access is dependent on provider availability and cannot be guaranteed during all hours of operation.

How to Schedule Appointment?
It’s easy by following a few simple steps:
- Visit "Book Appointment"
- Select the service type.
- Select a time that is convenient for you to have your video visit. Answer a few basic questions.
- You will receive a text message confirming your check-in time and a link to access your provider.
What Insurances Are Accepted?

Cash Pay and Membership Options?
For virtual health it is a flat $75 one-time fee.

How Quickly Can I Talk With A Provider?
Appointments are based on availability of the provider, however same-day appointments during office hours are available with 30-min lead time for next available appointment.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Can FHS Providers Write Prescriptions?
Yes, all FHS providers can prescribe short-term medication for a wide range of conditions when medically appropriate. FHS providers do not prescribe substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential abuse.
